High Point Swim (HPS) is now offering teams the opportunity to make more than the standard 10-15% of vendor sales at swim meets. Here's how it works:
Teams buy the items they desire to sell at their meet from HighPointSwim.Com at a significant discount from MSRP. Items will be paid for at the time of purchase with a credit card and HPS will ship items direct to the team. Team will set-up a tent/booth just as an outside vendor would and will re-sell the items at whatever price(s) they deem appropriate. Team makes the difference between their purchase price from HPS and their selling price at the meet.
Here's an example: Let's say you want to sell item "X" at your next meet which normally retails (MSRP) for $20.00. HPS sells item "X" for $13.50 and team sells item "X" for $20.00. Team makes $6.50 or 33%. If an outside vendor was selling the same item, your team would make at most 15% of $20.00 or a profit of $3.00. So, you can make more than twice as much money doing it yourself AND...
WHAT YOU DON'T SELL CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND (less shipping charges).
Conditions:
1) For each order, the minimum transaction amount is $2000 and the minimum order per Brand/Manufacturer is $250. So, if you want Speedo items, you need to buy $250 worth of Speedo. If you want NIKE items also, you will need to purchase $250 of NIKE in addition to $250 of Speedo etc.
2) Team will be charged Shipping and Sales Tax (if in California) for items purchased. Sales Tax will be refunded along with the price paid per item if item(s) is returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
3) HPS will authorize returns only on product purchased from HPS as part of the "Rep" order.
4) HPS will accept returns of "In Stock" inventory items up to 75% of the original transaction value. Items NOT marked "In Stock" may NOT be returned. There is a filter/pull down menu on the left side of each page that can be selected to filter for "In Stock" items only. HPS strongly recommends making "In Stock" items as much of your purchase as possible.
Example: Team purchases $1000 worth of inventory. It may return up to $750 worth of "In Stock" inventory.
5) Returned items must be un-used, with tags and manufacturer packaging and in sale-able condition. Items returned that are not in the condition specified will NOT be refunded AND Team will be charged shipping fees to send items back to Team.
6) To return inventory, Team will need to email HPS Customer Service an itemized list of inventory items that Team wishes to return. Once received, HPS will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions. When returned items are received and inventoried, a credit will be issued to the credit card on which the original transaction was placed. The card holder's account should be credited within 2 business days of receipt of returned items.
7) Please allow up to 10 business days for product delivery. Team will be notified of backordered or unavailable items within 2 business days. Backordered items may be substituted for other items or account will be credited.
7) Call HPS Customer Service to get your Rep login information. By placing an order using the Rep Login, you agree to the terms set forth above.
